HOTEL DESCRIPTION The Asia Cha Am Hotel consists of a 18 storey building, located next to Cha Am beach, the long beautiful beach on the West Coast, viewing the Gulf of Thailand between Hua Hin and Phetchaburi, offers all the conveniences of an international hotel, which easy access to numerous recreational areas, such as beaches and a 18 - holes golf court. SAFETY AND SECURITY FACILITIES
DEPOSIT POLICY One night’s deposit must be received by the hotel 60 days prior to the group arrival which the hotel reserves the right to release all rooms not guaranteed by deposits unless separate written arrangements has been agreed by both contracting parties. For the Peak Season, total value of the reservation must be be paid 60 days prior to arrival to guarantee for room reservation. CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation, a written notice must be received by the hotel 60 days prior to the group’s scheduled arrival. Full refund will be granted. Any cancellation 30 days prior to the group’s arrival will receive a 50% refund. NO SHOW CHARGE POLICY No show will be subjected to one night room charge applicable both for groups and individual reservations. EXTRA BED An additional charge of extra bed per night varies from the contracts agreed. TAX AND SERVICE CHARGE The hotel reserves the rights to adjust room rates agreed within the contract period in the event of tax alteration by Government and service charge amendment. VOUCHERS Hotel will accept vouchers from tour operators who have established credit. Third party vouchers will only be accepted by the hotel, provided the hotel has received from the tour operator a listing of each third party to whom these contracted rates have been extended. The hotel required a sample of the third party voucher which must indicate that charges are to be billed through the tour operator of the original contract. CHECK IN – CHECK OUT TIME Check in time is 14:00 hours. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. |
